Since 2015, the Art Guild of Menomonee Falls has sponsored a Menomonee Falls High School student to attend a week-long summer camp. Through a donation from a generous member, the Guild is able to offer two students this opportunity for 2026! Also new this year, we are also extending this opportunity to Sussex Hamilton High School students.

Students need to submit a 250-500 word essay on why you are our ideal candidate. Apply online here. Deadline is Midnight, April 24, 2026.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2025-26 MFHS or HHS freshman, sophomore or junior in good academic standing
- Able to provide own transportation to/from camp
DETAILS
- MFHS and HHS art students are invited to apply for a scholarship to attend a week-long summer art camp at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater valued at over $800 sponsored by the Guild. The art camps are each 6-day opportunity for high-school student artists to immerse themselves in a college-level arts experience. The winner will select to attend one of these camps:

- Character Design Camp July 26-31 https://www.uww.edu/ce/camps/additional/characterdesign
- Campers may attend as a commuter or resident camper. Residents stay overnight in one of UW-W’s resident halls (lodging and meals are included).
CONGRATS TO OUR 2025 SCHOLARSHIP WINNER!!
Members were given the opportunity to meet Jayden, our 2025 SCHOLARSHIP WINNER, at both our New Member Social and October membership meeting.
He showed his large charcoal drawing and clay face he create at the week-long UW-W Art Camp and shared a few personal items as well.
He boasted that the UW-W teachers were amazing and added what a great learning environment the Camp was— being exposed to so many artistic styles and mediums.
